I spend my days working with those who are ready to acknowledge hard truths about themselves, their businesses, and society for the sake of a more inclusive workplace and a more equitable world.
For the past 15 years, I’ve devoted my career to providing education on navigating cultural differences to business leaders and students alike. Our world is changing, and those who aren’t able to keep up will fall behind.
